- Install, configure, and maintain servers, Windows/Linux operating systems, and network equipment including firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Monitor and manage LAN/WAN infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Perform routine system upgrades, apply patches, manage backups, and implement disaster recovery strategies.
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Group Policies to support user and device management.
- Manage and support virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Administer and maintain IT management tools including NinjaOne (RMM), Bitdefender GravityZone (endpoint protection), and Spiceworks (helpdesk and inventory).
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, networking, and user access.
- Continuously monitor system logs, analyze security incidents, and respond proactively to performance or system failures.
- Create, update, and manage technical documentation, including network diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
- Implement and enforce IT security practices aligned with ISO 27001 or similar security frameworks.
- Ensure data integrity and security by managing user accounts, access controls, and permissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to plan and execute infrastructure projects and continuous improvements.
