Primary Mathematics Teacher

Aspire Grammar School – Gulshan Campus, Karachi, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic female Mathematics teacher to join its primary education team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching young learners and skilled in delivering Mathematics lessons that are both engaging and easy to understand. Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Mathematics to primary students using interactive and engaging teaching methods.
- Develop students' numerical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills through creative lesson delivery.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
- Explain mathematical concepts clearly and simply to ensure student comprehension.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress, providing constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Encourage active participation in class to build students’ confidence in Mathematics.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, conducive learning atmosphere.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of primary-level Mathematics concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Ability to make Mathematics interesting and accessible for young learners.
- Strong organizational skills, particularly in lesson planning and classroom management.
- Previous experience teaching Mathematics at the primary level is preferred.
