Prime BPO is seeking a dedicated FE Verifier (P6) with a minimum of one year of experience in BPO, specifically working as a verifier on any campaign. This role demands excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and listening, complemented by a keen eye for detail to identify inconsistencies effectively. The position involves handling customer interactions professionally, utilizing basic computer and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software knowledge to maintain accuracy and quality in data verification processes. Candidates should have the ability to adapt to night shift schedules and demonstrate consistent professionalism in customer relations. In this role, the FE Verifier acts as a critical quality control agent within the operational workflow at Prime BPO. While not responsible for managing a team, the position requires effective collaboration within a fast-paced call center environment. The core objective is to ensure that verification tasks meet organizational standards for accuracy, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will combine problem-solving capabilities with technical skillsets such as structural verification, stress analysis, and technical reporting, enabling them to contribute to the integrity and reliability of data processed within the BPO framework.
Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough verification of customer data and information across various campaigns, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and document inconsistencies or errors in data to maintain high quality standards.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers when needed, maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other technical tools to manage and record verification tasks efficiently.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with privacy and security regulations related to customer data.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve verification issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain attention to detail under pressure, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Work effectively during night shifts, regulating time and maintaining energy for consistent performance.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports summarizing verification findings and potential areas for process improvement.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to address unique or complex verification challenges encountered during campaigns.
  • Support ongoing training initiatives and knowledge sharing to enhance individual and team capabilities.
