Med Alert Verifier (P6)

In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the quality and reliability of medical alert information processed by Prime BPO. You are responsible for thoroughly reviewing medical data, visualizing discrepancies, and ensuring all records meet high verification standards. Your role does not involve managing a team but demands collaboration with colleagues to maintain workflow efficiency. The successful candidate must possess strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and potentially clients, ensuring a seamless verification process. This position calls for excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and maintain productivity during night shifts while upholding the companys dedication to accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities

Verify and validate medical alert information with a high degree of accuracy to ensure data integrity.
Identify and report inconsistencies or errors in data using keen attention to detail and analytical skills.
Maintain quality assurance standards by conducting thorough checks on verified data to prevent errors.
Use CRM systems and related computer tools to document verification activities and update records precisely.
Communicate clearly and effectively in English with team members and stakeholders to resolve verification issues.
Handle customer interactions professionally, supporting a positive experience even under challenging situations.
Manage time efficiently to consistently meet deadlines and stay productive during night shift hours.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, resolve verification challenges, and improve workflow.
Prepare and deliver reports or visualizations that highlight data trends, errors, or verification results as required.
Continuously learn and adhere to company policies and statutory requirements related to data handling and privacy.
