Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective corporate sales strategies focused on health insurance products to achieve business growth targets.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Lead, coach, and manage a team of five members to ensure high performance, motivation, and efficient client servicing.
Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and keep the company competitive in the health insurance sector.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to corporate clients, highlighting the benefits and features of health insurance products.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients ensuring beneficial outcomes and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline service delivery and resolve client issues promptly, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health insurance products, corporate client trends, and regulatory changes impacting the sector.
Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports on sales progress, client feedback, and market conditions to senior management.
Identify and implement process improvements within the corporate relations function to boost efficiency and client engagement.
