Prime Human Resource Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a responsible and punctual Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate has a valid LTV driving license, a minimum matric qualification, and between 2 years of driving experience. This position requires the candidate to be aged between 25 and 35 years and to reside in Malir or Johar areas. A thorough knowledge of Karachi routes is essential to ensure timely and efficient transportation services. The Driver must exhibit safe and responsible driving practices while strictly complying with traffic laws. Reliability and discipline are core qualities expected for this role. The Driver will be responsible for transporting personnel and goods safely and efficiently within the region. This role demands attention to vehicle maintenance and adherence to safety standards, along with professional conduct on the road. As the position does not involve team management, the focus remains on individual accountability and performance. Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles safely and in accordance with traffic laws and regulations.
Plan and follow the most efficient driving routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations, leveraging knowledge of Karachi routes.
Maintain punctuality and reliability by adhering to assigned schedules and reporting on time.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and functionality.
Report any vehicle defects or incidents promptly to appropriate personnel.
Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers and goods during transit.
Follow all safety policies and practices to minimize risks and hazards while driving.
Maintain appropriate driving logs and documentation as required by company policies and legal regulations.
Assist with carrying or loading/unloading goods as necessary.
Demonstrate professionalism and courteous behavior towards clients, passengers, and the public.
Remain compliant with all licensing and regulatory requirements relevant to the role.
Stay informed about changes in traffic laws and local routes to optimize driving efficiency.
