Prime Human Resource Services (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a skilled Male Cook / Chef with at least one year of experience. This role focuses on preparing meals according to the required menu and quality standards while maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, follows food safety guidelines meticulously, and possesses strong abilities in food preparation and recipe execution. Although this position does not involve team management, the cook / chef is expected to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and contribute to an efficient kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of meals in line with the set menu and quality standards ensuring taste and presentation meet customer expectations.

Execute recipes precisely and efficiently to maintain consistency across all dishes served.

Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering ingredients timely, and minimizing waste to optimize kitchen resources.

Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, preventing contamination and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, including cleaning work surfaces, utensils, and equipment regularly.

Assist in organizing the kitchen workspace for better workflow and ensure all cooking tools and supplies are readily available during service hours.

Support the kitchen team by providing assistance and communication as required, working harmoniously to deliver meals promptly and efficiently.

Monitor cooking processes and adjust recipes or techniques as needed to improve quality or adapt to dietary requirements.
