Prime Human Resource Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a reliable and punctual Part Time Rider to join their team. The ideal candidate owns a motorbike and possesses a valid motorcycle driving license along with a valid CNIC. This role requires a responsible individual who can effectively manage their time, adhere to safety regulations, and handle orders with accuracy. The position is well-suited for someone with at least one year of experience and a matriculation qualification. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards basic vehicle maintenance are essential to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
The Part Time Rider will be responsible for navigating various delivery routes efficiently while maintaining communication with dispatch to update order statuses. This role demands strong navigation skills and a safety-conscious approach to protect the rider and the goods being delivered. The rider must demonstrate an organized work style to meet delivery schedules and maintain high customer service standards. The position does not involve managing a team, allowing the rider to focus fully on individual performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Operate a motorbike to deliver goods promptly and safely.
- Manage and organize multiple orders ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Navigate through various routes using GPS and local knowledge to optimize delivery time.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers regarding order status and any delivery issues.
- Maintain a high level of punctuality and responsibility towards assigned delivery schedules.
- Conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks such as tire pressure, oil levels, and brake functionality to ensure motorbike safety.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety regulations to minimize risk on the road.
- Handle delivery documentation and order receipts accurately.
- Report any incidents or delays promptly to the appropriate department.
- Demonstrate professionalism and courteous behavior when interacting with customers and colleagues.
