Prime Human Resource Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Phone Banking Officer to join their dynamic team in Karachi. The Phone Banking Officer will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and addressing client inquiries effectively. This role requires a high level of multi-tasking and communication skills to handle various banking operations over the phone with accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate holds a bachelors degree and is under the age of 30, with residency in Karachi.
Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls related to banking services with professionalism and efficiency.
Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding account balances, transactions, and banking products.
Perform identity verification and ensure compliance with security protocols during all customer interactions.
Record and update customer data accurately within the banking system following each call.
Identify customer needs and proactively promote relevant banking products and services.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to higher authorities as needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and product offerings.
Ensure confidentiality and data protection during every interaction with customers.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing courteous and effective support.
Work closely with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
