The ideal candidate holds a degree in Pharm-D, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, or a related science field and possesses up to three years of relevant experience, with fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply. This role demands strong analytical capabilities and technical writing skills to author validation and qualification study reports accurately. You will lead qualification activities for new and updated manufacturing equipment, resolve process deviations, and play a critical role during audits by effectively communicating technical processes to inspectors. Working within Prime Human Resource Services' dynamic environment, you will contribute hands-on expertise in manufacturing validation and quality systems to ensure seamless production and adherence to pharmaceutical compliance regulations.
Responsibilities

Serve as the primary expert on the quality attributes and process parameters of assigned pharmaceutical products.
Analyze process and manufacturing data to identify risks early and ensure smooth production flow.
Plan, coordinate, and execute validation and qualification studies including process and cleaning validation, while preparing detailed technical reports.
Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to qualify new or updated manufacturing equipment and processes.
Lead and manage change controls associated with product and process modifications, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
Investigate and resolve process deviations promptly to maintain product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Support internal and external audits by clearly communicating technical information and manufacturing processes to inspectors.
Foster strong communication and collaboration among Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, and Operations teams for continuous improvement.
Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of three personnel to meet quality and project objectives.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and maintain meticulous documentation in a highly regulated environment.
