Principal AI Capability Dashboard Designer - Night Shift

ibex. is seeking a Principal AI Capability Dashboard Designer for one of its clients. This role is based in Karachi and requires working night shifts. The successful candidate will lead the design and strategy efforts to unify multiple AI capability platforms, enterprise dashboards, and capability catalogs into a seamless, scalable, and user-friendly experience. The focus will be on enabling enterprise users to easily discover, understand, compare, and reuse AI capabilities while ensuring governance, visibility, and operational discipline are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end experience design process for consolidating AI capability dashboards.
- Translate business, governance, and user requirements into detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and actionable design recommendations.
- Assess current dashboards to identify gaps, overlaps, pain points, and opportunities for consolidation.
- Define and structure information architecture, navigation systems, content models, and interaction flows to enhance usability.
- Facilitate design review sessions involving Product, Engineering, Governance, Data, and Business stakeholders to align on design direction.
- Validate design concepts through user feedback and continuously improve the user experience based on insights.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Product Design, UX Design, Service Design, or Experience Design.
- Proven experience designing digital products, enterprise platforms, dashboards, catalogs, or internal tools.
- Strong skills in Information Architecture, User Journey mapping, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Design Strategy.
- Ability to work independently within complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with AI, Data, Analytics, Governance, Marketplace, or Capability Discovery platforms.
- Familiarity with Enterprise AI ecosystems and initiatives focused on platform consolidation.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams to translate design concepts into implementation-ready requirements.
