Principal AI Engineer

Creative Chaos is seeking a seasoned AI Engineer to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and AI technologies, with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms tailored to business needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role focused on artificial intelligence development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in Conversational AI, AI data pipelines, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI.
- Expertise with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Solid understanding of data preprocessing and augmentation techniques.
- Deep knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
