Principal AI Orchestration Product Manager - Night Shift

ibex. is seeking a Principal AI Orchestration Product Manager for one of its clients. This is a night-shift role based in Karachi. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting enterprise AI operations by enabling governance, visibility, coordination, and management of AI capabilities across the organization. The position involves overseeing AI capability intake, dashboard administration, portfolio management, operational reporting, process documentation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth and effective AI orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

AI Capability Dashboard Product Support:
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. Gather and refine business requirements for dashboard enhancements, translating these into user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria. Manage and prioritize the enhancement backlog while facilitating stakeholder reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop reports, metrics, and analytics related to AI capabilities. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support governance, inventory management, and lifecycle tracking of AI products.

Process Documentation & Governance:
Maintain and improve governance documentation, playbooks, workflows, and operating procedures. Create training materials, FAQs, onboarding guides, and self-service resources to support team enablement. Coordinate reviews and approvals across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Governance teams to ensure alignment and adherence to standards.

Stakeholder & Meeting Management:
Prepare governance meeting agendas and track action items, decisions, and risks. Coordinate cross-functional meetings and stakeholder communications to maintain transparency and accountability. Ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives and maintain momentum across projects.

Communication & Enablement:
Develop release communications, user guides, and enablement materials to support adoption and understanding of AI capabilities. Translate complex technical and governance updates into business-friendly communications. Gather stakeholder feedback to drive continuous process improvement and enhance overall operational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Program Management, Product Operations, PMO, Governance, or Business Operations.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI, and collaboration tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Digital Products, or Emerging Technologies.
- Background in Governance, Portfolio Management, or Operating Model functions.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Platforms, Capability Catalogs, or Product Inventories.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
