Principal Consultant Dynamics 365 CRM

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant – Dynamics 365 CRM to join our team in Karachi. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model with on-site presence and is ideal for a professional with 8 to 10 years of experience who excels in both technical expertise and leadership. The role involves leading teams, engaging with clients through workshops, and delivering innovative CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of consultants and developers, ensuring quality and direction throughout all project stages. Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to capture requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Design and develop custom applications using Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages. Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to define technical strategies, present recommendations, and align solutions with business objectives. Work alongside onshore functional consultants to deliver scalable and high-quality implementations. Manage data migration, integration setups involving APIs or middleware, and oversee solution deployments. Independently troubleshoot complex CRM and integration challenges. Uphold best practices in code quality, application lifecycle management, DevOps, and solution architecture. Maintain thorough documentation, conduct structured reviews, and ensure adherence to processes. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, team capability building, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree with 8 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, specifically in Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules. Strong technical skills in C# (Plugins), JavaScript for CRM customizations, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Experience with Azure Logic Apps, custom APIs, and integrating third-party systems. Proven leadership experience managing technical teams of 5 to 10 members and delivering multi-phase CRM projects. Demonstrated ability to conduct client workshops, engage stakeholders effectively, and build lasting client relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities. Experience working with international clients, particularly in Australia, the US, or the UK.
