SalesTeq, the software division of Hussain Industries Group based in Atlanta, is looking for a Principal Full Stack Developer to join their fully remote team. This senior leadership role is open to candidates based in South Asia or Pakistan and offers the opportunity to influence the architecture of an expanding AI-driven product suite serving the US healthcare, staffing, and legal sectors. The successful candidate will lead system design, define technical direction for microservices and AI-agent infrastructure, and mentor engineers as the company grows from early-stage products to a mature platform business.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and continuously enhance the microservice ecosystem, including defining service boundaries, gRPC contracts, and event-driven communication patterns using RabbitMQ and Kafka. Take ownership of end-to-end technical design for client-facing SaaS platforms, encompassing React/Next.js frontends and backend services built with Node.js/Nest.js and Python. Design and implement production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and large language model (LLM)-powered agent workflows using LangGraph, with a focus on memory and context-window management. Lead the integration of vector databases and NoSQL stores alongside existing PostgreSQL and MySQL databases. Architect and improve real-time communication features and agentic workflow user interfaces such as dashboards, task monitors, and intake forms. Manage AWS infrastructure components, balancing cost and performance across EC2, SQS, CloudFront, Lightsail, RDS, caching, Elastic IPs, and S3. Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, and code review, while mentoring and supporting other engineers. Guide architectural decisions related to CRM/EHR integrations, including Clio and eClinicalWorks. Drive continuous integration and deployment strategies across multiple products, including HV360, CureFlow AI, and the AgentStaQ suite.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years of full stack development experience, with significant time spent in technical lead, staff, or principal-level roles. Deep, hands-on expertise with React/Next.js and Node.js (Nest.js) and/or Python backend systems. Proven ability to design and operate microservice architectures using gRPC, event-driven design, and message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka in production environments. Strong knowledge of both SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases, including vector databases tailored for AI and retrieval use cases. At least 2 years of experience building LLM-powered or agentic systems, including RAG pipelines, LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks, and memory/context management. Solid experience managing AWS infrastructure components (EC2, S3, RDS, SQS, CloudFront) with a clear understanding of cost, scaling, and reliability tradeoffs. Experience with real-time communication (RTC) systems. Demonstrated technical leadership skills, including architecture decision-making, mentoring, and conducting code reviews at scale. Strong written English communication skills for asynchronous collaboration with US-based teams and clients.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working with healthcare or legal technology platforms is a plus. Competitive monthly compensation ranging from $2,500 to $3,500 USD, depending on skills and experience, with gross salary inclusive of applicable taxes and fees. Fully remote work arrangement, enabling candidates to work from anywhere within Pakistan or South Asia. Direct mentorship from a Georgia Tech-trained Solutions Architect. Immediate hands-on exposure to US client production systems. Annual performance-based salary reviews.
This position offers a unique opportunity to lead the technical evolution of innovative AI platforms that impact critical US industries, while collaborating remotely with a highly skilled, globally distributed team.
