Principal Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience, specializing in the Wealth Management domain. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all QA activities to ensure quality delivery across projects.
- Guide and manage the QA team, coordinating test execution and resource allocation.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve test strategies, processes, and methodologies.
- Drive automation initiatives and maintain adherence to QA best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to align quality goals and project requirements.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics, risks, test coverage, and release readiness to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in QA and software testing.
- Strong expertise in the Wealth Management domain is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Proven experience in QA leadership and team coordination.
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and defect management processes.
