Print Production Coordinator (Junior)

Vorson, a diversified B2B execution partner since 2006 and part of the TAG Group family, is seeking a Print Production Coordinator to join our team. We serve a wide range of clients across corporate gifting, textiles and workwear, printing and packaging, digital signage, and marketing execution. This role focuses on supporting print job scheduling and ensuring quality standards are met throughout our printing and packaging operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate print job scheduling between the production floor and external vendors to ensure timely completion.
- Review print files for production readiness, checking critical elements such as bleed, resolution, and color mode.
- Track the status of print jobs from initial file submission through to final delivery, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Conduct quality checks on printed materials prior to dispatch to guarantee client specifications are met.
- Maintain accurate records of job specifications, client approvals, and production details.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to address any file corrections or adjustments required before production.

Required Qualifications:
- Between 0 to 2 years of experience in print production or a related print environment; internships are considered relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of print specifications and finishing processes to effectively assess production readiness.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills to manage multiple jobs and ensure quality control.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Business, or a related field.
