We are seeking a dedicated Prior Authorization Specialist with experience in handling Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) cases within the US medical billing sector. This role is based in Gulberg, Jail Road, Lahore, and requires working the night shift from Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (PKT). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing prior authorization requests, verifying insurance eligibility, and ensuring smooth coordination between insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain prior authorizations from insurance companies for medical procedures and services related to MVA cases.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits to ensure coverage for requested services.
- Follow up with insurance payers on pending or denied authorization requests to expedite approvals.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal teams to collect all necessary documentation for authorization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of authorization status within the billing system.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly productivity goals and turnaround time targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Up to 2 years of experience in US medical billing, specifically with Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) cases.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare billing procedures and insurance authorization processes.
- Proficient communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Ability to work the designated night shift hours (PKT).
