We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Field Service Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of field service operations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.
Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver optimal field service workflows and integrations.
Customize Field Service Mobile, schedule boards, work orders, resource scheduling, and inventory modules.
Integrate D365 Field Service with other systems (e.g., Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement).
Develop and maintain documentation including solution design, configuration, and training materials.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide user support.
Collaborate with developers and other consultants on extensions and customizations.
Stay up to date with the latest features and updates from Microsoft regarding Field Service.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/Field Service implementation.
Strong understanding of field service operations and workflows.

Hands-on experience with:

Work orders, incident types, services, products
Scheduling and dispatching
Resource management and territory setup
Field Service Mobile (Power Platform-based)
IoT integration (preferred)
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 integrations and Microsoft Dataverse.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-240: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant) preferred.
