Responsibilities

Provide loving, attentive, and engaging care to three children aged 5, 3, and 10 months, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Develop and maintain warm, affectionate relationships through interactive play, reading, talking, and quality time to support emotional development.
Care for the infant with specialized attention, including feeding, diaper changes, naps, and soothing techniques appropriate for age.
Promote positive behavior by encouraging good manners, kindness, independence, and responsibility suited to each childs developmental stage.
Maintain consistent daily routines, including meals, naps, bedtime, and activity schedules to foster stability and security for the children.
Encourage healthy lifestyle habits by limiting screen time, reducing sugary snacks, and promoting active, outdoor play.
Drive the children safely to and from school, extracurricular activities, appointments, and outings as required, adhering to local traffic regulations with a valid drivers license.
Run occasional family errands such as grocery shopping and necessary pickups, supporting smooth household operations.
Keep childrens areas and shared family spaces clean, tidy, and well-organized to provide a safe and comfortable living environment.
Prepare simple, nutritious meals and snacks for the children when ingredients are available, accommodating any dietary needs.
Take initiative to anticipate the needs of the family and solve problems independently, offering flexible support in various household tasks.
Effectively communicate with parents to provide updates on the childrens progress, behavior, and any concerns, fostering transparency and trust.
