Private Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Full-time Private Nurse to join a healthcare team in Islamabad, Pakistan. This role involves providing personalized nursing care to a client during morning shifts, with work performed on-site. The nurse will be responsible for closely monitoring the patient’s vital signs, managing medications, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting mobility and transfers. The position also requires performing intermittent catheterization and accompanying the client during frequent travel. The salary range for this role is PKR 60,000 to 100,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized nursing care tailored to the client’s specific health needs.
- Monitor and record vital signs regularly to assess the patient’s condition.
- Administer medications accurately and manage medication schedules.
- Assist with transfers, mobility, and daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Perform intermittent catheterization as required by the client’s care plan.
- Provide companionship and support during frequent travel alongside the client.
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and communicate effectively with healthcare providers and family members.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for the client at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Valid nursing registration and relevant clinical credentials.
- Proven nursing qualifications recognized in Pakistan.
- Demonstrated experience working in hospital settings or clinical environments.
- Strong knowledge of patient care techniques, medication management, and clinical procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage the responsibilities of a private nursing role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with the client and their family.
