Our company provides IT Solutions that assists businesses with their marketing and brand promotion.  Your job is to be responsible for originating and generating Business leads through sales techniques and maintaining your client portfolio.

Job Description

  • Proactively seek to identify and obtain new customers
  • Develop prospect list or lead list.
  • Follow-up with clients to whom the proposals have been sent.
  • Identify target markets and analyze current market trends.
  • Research customers’ needs and wants.
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
  • Win back or upgrade current or former customers.
  • Assist with successful implementation of solutions to the client.
  • Ensure all relevant sales and other Company documentation is meticulously maintained and is always returned to relevant individuals/departments in a timely manner; including completion of daily transactions in full.
  • Contribute to good customer communication by delivering any leaflets or other promotional items as required.
  • Lodge all cash/cheques received to the Company on a daily basis and in a meticulous manner, ensuring that payments tally with sales documentation.
  • Swiftly report any incidents which may concern the Company to your Line Manager
  • Maintain a smart appearance and polite manner, viewing yourself as a representative of our Company at all times
  • Any other duties or projects deemed to be within reason/competence

Skills Required:

  • Outgoing and able to effectively connect with prospects
  • Comfortable with selling to a wide range of prospects
  • A problem-solver with a strong desire to serve the customer first
  • Exceptional time management, prospecting and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, written communication, with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Meticulous approach to detail and record keeping
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently. Ability to be creative while performing in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Highly motived and results driven. 

Preferable Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a service role, to include direct interaction with customers
  • Experience working within the marketing/sales industry
  • Have an existing network that encompasses restaurants, beauty salons, Real Estate Industry, wedding halls, malls etc.
  • Have own conveyance.

Remuneration:

  • Basic Salary.
  • Travelling and Mobile Allowance.
  • Monthly Commission on Sales.
  • Quarterly Bonus on performance.
  • Annual Bonus on completing 1 year of service with the company.
