Major Responsibilities

  • Define the integrated digital marketing plan, unique customer view, and the strategic channel/ solutions
  • Develop and provide methodology, frameworks, and tools to empower digital execution aligned with the product strategy
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing initiatives, including multichannel engagement activities, e-commerce activities, websites, micro-sites, e-detailing, customer portals, webcasts, and contact centers
  • Manages corporate digital activities investments within allocated budgets and strives for coherency, investment efficiency, and cross-portfolio synergies
  • Lead the development and implementation of customer engagement marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, websites, micro-sites, e-detailing, customer portals, webcasts, and contact centers, manages corporate multichannel activities investments within allocated budgets, and strives for coherency, investment efficiency, and cross-portfolio synergies, Ensure tracking per all E activities
  • Support local team in driving planned digital execution projects to ensure goal attainments, including required websites and portals, digital applications, and social media activation.
  • Build and explore digital business models and innovative solutions across beyond-the-pill services, telehealth, and e-commerce activation with affiliates, including building the required protocols with compliance, legal, public affairs, government affairs, and other cross-functional teams
  • Set activities KPIs, reporting mechanism, ROI calculation, and success determinants and collaborate with internal resources and external services to develop the required dashboards for monitoring and reporting measurements periodically

Education/Knowledge & Experience

  • Business Degree (Specialization in Marketing or Media sciences )
  • Additional Certification in Digital marketing/IT would be an advantage
  • With 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, with 2-3 years executing content marketing plans to include best practices in social media, SEO, dynamic/video content, and editorial planning.
  • Experience working in Digital agencies would be added advantage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Critical & Strategic thinking
