Pro Resourcing Hub is hiring for the position of Junior Project Manager/Coordinator at Kaizen Global SMC, a well reputed software company in Rawalapindi.
Key Responsibilities:Client ceremonies (core loop):
● Issue intake & triage: Capture/verify issues forwarded by clients, reproduce when needed, convert to GitHub Issues with labels, priority, and owner.
● Team coordination: Drive async/real-time Slack threads with dev/design/QA, surface PRs, attach logs/screens, and track resolution to “Done.”
● Scope new tasks: Run mini-discovery (goals, assumptions, constraints), draft acceptance criteria, size with the team, and add to GitHub Projects.
● Launch & readiness: Orchestrate UAT, cut release notes/changelogs, schedule deploy windows, and confirm rollback plans.
- Own timelines, milestones, RAID (risks/assumptions/issues/dependencies), and change
control.
- Prepare SOWs, change requests, decision logs, and post-launch reviews in-repo.
- Track budgets/burn lightly (hours vs scope vs velocity) and flag margin risks early.
- Keep comms crisp: weekly client status, demo agendas, and executive summaries.
