We are actively seeking dynamic and motivated Telecallers to join our team at Pro Works. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in our business expansion by contacting potential customers, presenting information about our Postpaid Plans, Wifi, and Fiber connection services, and persuading them to choose our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers using an automatic dialer.
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers professionally, addressing their inquiries and providing comprehensive information about our Mobile Plans, Wifi, and Fiber connection services.
Lead Generation: Identify and assess potential leads for our services.
Sales Generation: Effectively communicate the features and advantages of our plans to drive sales.
Follow-Up: Reach out to customers who have expressed interest but haven\'t scheduled a SIM card delivery appointment.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our Mobile Plans, Wifi Plans, Fiber connection Plans, and other services to engage effectively with customers.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in Telemarketing, Tele-Calling, or a related role is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, coupled with effective persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the capability to work independently.
- Proficiency in English is a prerequisite.
- Microsoft Excel and essential computer skills are prerequisites for this role.
- Ability to handle objections and address customer concerns professionally.
