We’re hiring a Process Engineer for our Production team at the Gharo plant. You’ll define, monitor, and improve manufacturing processes to keep tire quality consistent, equipment stable, and output efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Set and maintain process parameters, SOPs, and control plans

  • Monitor process stability and act quickly on deviations

  • Lead root cause analysis (5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA, PDCA) and implement CAPAs

  • Support IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 compliance and process audits

  • Drive improvements in yield, scrap, and energy use through Kaizen and TPM

  • Analyse MES data and support trials for new products and equipment

Requirements

  • BE in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

  • 2–5 years in manufacturing process engineering (tire or rubber industry preferred)

  • Strong RCA and quality control skills

  • Experience with MES; basic SAP/ERP knowledge

  • Proficient in MS Excel and Office

Pay: Rs42,000.00 - Rs43,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
