Saad Ahsan Residency & Citizenship is seeking a dedicated Processing Specialist – CBI to join our team at the Head Office in Lahore. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end processing of Citizenship by Investment (CBI) applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and internal teams to facilitate smooth application workflows.
- Verify and validate client information, supporting documents, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed records and update databases to track application status and progress.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation required for internal review and external submission.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures related to citizenship by investment programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processing efficiency and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in processing immigration or citizenship applications, preferably in Citizenship by Investment programs.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in using office software and database management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks governing citizenship and residency programs.
