Procurement Analyst

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our Automotive business team. This role involves close collaboration with Sales and Operations to ensure customer orders are placed accurately and managed efficiently. The successful candidate will oversee payment processing, delivery schedules, and order tracking to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales team by placing and processing customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely order progress and delivery.
- Monitor payment statuses to ensure payments are completed within agreed timelines.
- Track order fulfillment and delivery schedules from placement to final delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of order status, payment details, delivery dates, and locations.
- Provide regular updates to Sales and Operations teams regarding order progress and delivery expectations.
- Identify potential delays or discrepancies proactively and work with relevant parties to resolve issues.
- Follow up consistently on outstanding actions to meet commitments and deadlines.
- Organize and maintain procurement and order-related documentation and records.
- Support reporting and tracking activities related to orders, payments, deliveries, and outstanding items.
- Perform additional procurement and operational coordination tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, order management, supply chain, or a related operational role; experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Proven experience coordinating orders, suppliers, deliveries, payments, or similar end-to-end processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business productivity and reporting tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience in the automotive industry or working in a high-volume order environment.
- A demonstrated track record of reliability and consistent follow-through on tasks.
- Shift timing is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Pakistan Time).
