Procurement Analyst - Remote/ Work From Home

This remote contract opportunity is for a Procurement Analyst based in Karachi, supporting the procurement of commercial furniture, fixtures, and equipment. The role involves managing various procurement processes within NetSuite, including transactions, purchase orders, vendor and item records, as well as handling supplier acknowledgements and related documentation. The analyst will also be responsible for reviewing procurement data to ensure accuracy and compliance. This position requires working overnight hours aligned with Mountain Time and demands a reliable home-office setup to perform tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process procurement transactions within NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Create and maintain purchase orders, vendor records, and item records in the system.
- Handle supplier acknowledgements and maintain proper documentation for procurement activities.
- Review procurement data regularly to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve procurement-related issues.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in procurement or a related field.
- Proficiency in NetSuite, with hands-on experience managing procurement transactions and records.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong command of written and spoken English to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- Availability to work overnight shifts aligned with Mountain Time zone.
- Reliable home-office infrastructure, including a stable internet connection and appropriate workspace.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Contract salary range is between 700 and 900 CAD, reflecting experience and qualifications.
