Procurement Engineer (Electronics )

We are currently seeking a motivated Procurement Engineer to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates interested in developing a career in procurement, supply chain management, and vendor relations. The successful candidate will support the procurement of technical components and materials, contributing to efficient supply chain operations while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers based on quality, pricing, and reliability.
- Support negotiations of pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Help prepare and process purchase orders in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to understand procurement requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP or procurement software is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
