Procurement Engineer

We are seeking a Procurement Engineer with a background in electrical or mechanical engineering to join our team located in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This role involves technical sourcing, coordinating with vendors, and preparing quotations to support various projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with both suppliers and internal teams. The working hours for this position are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review technical documents to fully understand project requirements.
- Identify and communicate with suppliers based on project needs.
- Obtain, compare, and evaluate quotations from suppliers.
- Prepare and submit all procurement-related documentation accurately and timely.
- Maintain organized records and ensure clear communication with vendors and internal departments.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong internet research skills and proficient computer literacy.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and datasheets effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Good communication skills and strong organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
- This is a full-time, on-site position offering a monthly salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to PKR 35,000, depending on experience.
