Key Responsibilities
The Procurement Intern based in Parkview City, Lahore, will assist the procurement team with daily purchasing activities related to engineering equipment and services. Responsibilities include preparing and processing purchase orders, collecting and organizing supplier quotations, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The intern will support supplier evaluation by assessing price, quality, and delivery performance, and contribute to basic contract reviews under supervision. Coordination with internal teams to understand material requirements, tracking order status, and ensuring timely delivery are also essential parts of the role. This position offers hands-on experience in industrial procurement, supplier management, and documentation within a technical engineering context.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have foundational skills in procurement and purchase order management, including an understanding of purchasing processes and documentation. Ability to participate in supplier evaluation and support contract negotiation activities under guidance is necessary. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data interpretation are important, along with basic knowledge of spreadsheets or ERP tools. A relevant educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field—either ongoing studies or recent graduation—is preferred. Effective communication skills, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment are essential. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, basic report writing, and familiarity with procurement or inventory systems will be advantageous.
