Procurement Manager

Nysonian is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the end-to-end procurement function for finished goods, components, and parts across its fast-growing brands, NOBL Travel and FLO Pilates. This full-time, in-person role based in Islamabad operates from 6 PM to 2 AM PKT. The successful candidate will manage supplier relationships, strategic sourcing, procurement planning, cost optimization, and procurement performance tracking. This position is critical in building a data-driven procurement organization by implementing supplier accountability frameworks, dashboards, and performance scorecards to ensure uninterrupted supply and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial negotiation skills, analytical capabilities, and experience managing suppliers in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all procurement and sourcing activities for finished goods, raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies, aligning with business growth objectives.
- Develop and implement category sourcing strategies, supplier segmentation, and onboarding initiatives to enhance supply continuity and competitiveness.
- Drive cost optimization through strategic negotiations, value engineering, alternative sourcing, MOQ optimization, and improved commercial terms.
- Establish and manage a Supplier Performance Management Program including scorecards, performance reviews, corrective actions, and supplier development.
- Create and maintain procurement dashboards providing real-time insights into purchase orders, production status, shipments, supplier performance, savings, and inventory coverage.
- Oversee procurement operations ensuring effective purchase order management, supplier production tracking, documentation compliance, and coordination with inventory and demand plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Logistics, Finance, Product Development, and Operations teams to support inventory availability, working capital goals, and new product launches.
- Lead procurement reporting, KPI governance, and process standardization to improve decision-making, accountability, and supply chain performance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or professional supply chain certifications are preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management, with exposure to global sourcing environments.
- Proven experience managing international supplier networks, especially across China and Asia, with a focus on supplier performance and risk management.
- Demonstrated success in procurement negotiations, cost optimization, and value-driven sourcing strategies.
- Strong expertise in procurement analytics, supplier scorecards, dashboard development, KPI reporting, and performance management frameworks.
- Advanced skills in purchase order management, data analysis, Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence tools to support data-driven decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and execution.
