We are looking for a skilled procurement professional to join our construction team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing procurement processes, especially related to building materials, ensuring materials are delivered on time and within budget across multiple project sites. This role demands strong negotiation abilities, effective vendor management, and the capacity to collaborate with internal teams such as project managers and site engineers. The position is full-time, based on-site, and includes occasional nationwide travel for supplier coordination and material inspections.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders and negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain favorable terms and competitive pricing.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of construction materials to various project locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with reliable vendors and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
- Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and warehouse staff to synchronize procurement activities with project schedules.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation, monitor budgets, and track cost efficiency to optimize spending.
- Utilize Service Level Agreements (SLA), procurement software, and Microsoft Excel proficiently to streamline procurement workflows.
- Travel nationwide as needed to liaise with suppliers and conduct material inspections.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement & Logistics, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field.
- At least 4 years of procurement experience within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of building materials, including knowledge of local and regional suppliers and market pricing trends.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Excel.
