Procurement Officer

We are seeking a procurement professional with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience within a club or hotel environment. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum qualification of Intermediate or Graduation in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline. This role demands strong market knowledge, vendor sourcing capabilities, and negotiation skills, alongside a solid understanding of PPRA rules and procurement procedures. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, contract management expertise, and effective communication and vendor management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement processes in compliance with organizational policies and PPRA regulations.
- Source and evaluate vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to support ongoing procurement needs.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Oversee contract management, ensuring adherence to agreed terms and resolving any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to procurement activities for management review.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 4 to 5 years of procurement experience in a club or hotel setting.
- Intermediate or Graduation degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of procurement procedures and PPRA rules.
- Strong vendor sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and contract management capabilities.
- Effective communication and vendor management skills.
