We are interested in hiring Sales/Business Development Manager, who has previous working experience for a software house/Digital Agency. Job Description is as follows
- Generate business for Web Development, Web Designing, Mobile Apps Development, Software Development, Search Engine Optimization, e-Commerce, Social Media Marketing And Other IT Services.
- Focus on generating new business, to achieve sales targets, get rewarded and contribute to our company annual sales revenues
- Focus on growing and developing existing key clients, together with generating new business
- Identify customer requirements; determine best solution, present proposal, while ensuring customer concurrence throughout the entire implementation process to support successful closing of sales cycle.
- Provide monthly sales forecast, with a high accuracy level, to ensure individual objectives of revenue growth and gross profit target are met across products handled.
- Perform daily selling activities: conduct sales calls, demonstrations, and proposal creation/presentations, maintain prospect activity into sales cycle tracking processes to over -achieving business targets.
- Ensure knowledge of competitive landscape so to collect, investigate and validate competition activity to assist in developing relevant strategies.
- Managing the lead generation team and facilitating sales pitch and increasing projects ratio
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of business operations, including core sales process.
- Understanding the financial impact of margin and budge, proposal writing, bidding and commercial negotiation
- Solutions knowledge required including Enterprise Content Management, Mobile Apps, Web Technologies, Web Development, Support services
- Excellent telephone marketing skills and Email writing skills
