Product Analyst

ACE Money Transfer, a UK-based fintech company headquartered in Manchester, specializes in secure and convenient online remittance services spanning the UK, Europe, Canada, Switzerland, and Australia, reaching over 100 countries worldwide. As part of the broader ACE Group—which includes digital wallets, real estate, advertising, and software solutions—we are expanding our product team. We are looking for a motivated Product Analyst who is passionate about fintech, user experience, and delivering value to a global customer base. Key Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams, including product, design, development, and marketing, in designing and improving money transfer products and services.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to enhance the user experience on ACE’s mobile app and website.
- Monitor payment process performance to ensure a smooth and seamless checkout experience for customers.
- Analyze user interactions and customer data to identify usability issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in sprint planning sessions and coordinate tasks with technical teams to meet project deadlines.
- Assist in onboarding new payment or payout partners by gathering requirements and tracking integration progress.
- Conduct competitive research and contribute insights to identify new product opportunities.
- Collect customer feedback and engage in usability testing to refine and improve product features.
- Maintain awareness of compliance requirements and support adherence to relevant financial regulations.
- Work collaboratively with IT, marketing, and customer service teams to support product-related initiatives and ensure alignment.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a technology-related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user behavior to guide product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting ideas and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- A problem-solving mindset with a practical approach to overcoming challenges.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered digital design.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Interest or prior experience in fintech, remittance, or digital payment systems is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with project management and tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Experience using Google Analytics or similar platforms for analyzing user behavior and product performance.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design tools like Figma or Adobe XD is advantageous.
