Product Designer

We are looking for a skilled Product Designer who combines a strong sense of visual design with a deep understanding of UI/UX principles. This role focuses on crafting seamless and engaging digital experiences across both mobile applications and web platforms. The successful candidate will also play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives by creating compelling visuals and campaign assets that strengthen brand identity and drive user engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate business goals and user needs into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and clear, intuitive UI designs.
- Design user-centric interfaces for mobile and web platforms that prioritize usability and aesthetics.
- Develop marketing creatives such as landing pages, banners, social media graphics, and in-app promotional materials.
- Build and maintain reusable design components and systems using Figma to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
- Incorporate feedback, iterate on designs, and apply best practices in usability and responsive design.
- Generate campaign content and visuals leveraging AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and productivity.
- Utilize design insights, user feedback, and A/B testing data to continuously improve user experience and increase conversion rates.

Required Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design, digital product design, and visual creative work.
- Proficiency in Figma, including advanced use of components and auto layout features. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is also essential.
- Solid knowledge of user flows, wireframing, prototyping, typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design principles.
- Understanding of branding, marketing design, and strategies focused on conversion optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.
