Product Designer

Dubizzle Labs is expanding its engineering team in Pakistan, currently over 500 strong, and seeks passionate individuals who thrive on learning, performing, and sharing knowledge. As part of our team, you will play a key role in developing world-class product suites that support the rapid growth of our business across nine countries.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver exceptional user experiences for web and mobile platforms, leveraging AI tools to enhance speed and creativity.
- Own the end-to-end product design process, from research and ideation through to prototyping and final delivery.
- Develop and maintain design systems and reusable components to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Conduct user research activities such as interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Utilize data and user feedback to optimize and iterate on existing interfaces, focusing on user outcomes at a global scale.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business goals and technical constraints.
- Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and promote inclusive user experiences.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in product design, with a focus on web and/or mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Figma, including advanced features like components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
- Hands-on experience integrating design tools into daily workflows.
- Strong understanding of UX methodologies such as user interviews, journey mapping, prototyping, A/B testing, and iterative design based on data.
- Basic knowledge of accessibility principles and inclusive design practices.
- Self-driven with the ability to manage projects independently and experiment with new AI-powered design technologies.
