The Product Development Assistant role is a full-time remote position that supports product teams in planning, coordinating, and executing various product initiatives within Syntamatic’s digital solutions portfolio. This role is responsible for organizing product requirements, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and tracking progress throughout the product lifecycle. The assistant conducts market and competitor research, compiles insights, and helps translate business needs into clear product features and specifications. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders is essential, as is preparing reports and presentations to support decision-making. Additionally, the role involves assisting with product testing, gathering feedback, and facilitating iterative improvements. The Product Development Assistant also plays a key role in ensuring alignment between product strategy and delivery timelines, contributing to efficient and high-quality product releases.

Key Responsibilities
- Support product teams in planning, coordinating, and executing product development initiatives.
- Organize and maintain detailed product requirements and documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct market and competitor research to gather relevant data and insights.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable product features and specifications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation to facilitate product decision-making.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
