PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Human Capital HR Solutions is seeking a skilled Product Development Manager on behalf of a leading client in the pharmaceutical industry, based in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing the entire product development process, from initial concept through to commercialization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and market relevance by collaborating closely with various departments including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage product development projects, ensuring timely progress from concept to market launch. Coordinate with QA and QC teams to maintain high standards of product quality and adhere to all regulatory requirements. Support business development efforts by conducting market research and identifying new product opportunities that align with company goals. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards throughout the product lifecycle. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance product formulations, optimize processes, and improve overall quality. Analyze market trends to contribute strategically to the expansion of the product portfolio. Prepare detailed product development plans, technical documentation, and comprehensive management reports to facilitate informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
A Pharm-D or a relevant degree in Pharmacy is mandatory. Candidates must have proven experience in pharmaceutical product development, demonstrating a strong track record of managing projects successfully. Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Business Development (BD) are essential. A thorough understanding of pharmaceutical quality standards, regulatory frameworks, and product lifecycle management is required. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective project management capabilities are critical for this role. The candidate should be adept at coordinating efforts between technical, quality, and commercial teams to achieve business objectives.
