PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER(pharmaceutical,Neutraceutical and cosmetic)

The Product Development Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the complete lifecycle of product development, from initial concept through to commercialization. This full-time, on-site position is based in the Lahore District and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, production, and marketing. The officer will be responsible for conducting market and scientific research, assisting with formulation development, preparing technical documentation, and coordinating stability and compatibility studies. Additionally, the role involves analyzing product performance data, supporting cost and feasibility evaluations, and preparing detailed presentations and reports for internal stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive market and scientific research to inform product development strategies.
- Assist in formulation development for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and cosmetic products.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including regulatory submissions and quality reports.
- Coordinate and monitor stability and compatibility studies to ensure product efficacy and safety.
- Analyze product performance data and contribute to cost and feasibility assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet regulatory standards, quality requirements, and customer expectations.
- Develop and deliver clear presentations and reports for internal reviews, product proposals, and training sessions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the product development process.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or MPhil in Pharmaceutics.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, assess product feasibility, and support decision-making.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and deliver presentations to diverse teams.
- Proficient research skills to review scientific literature, market trends, and regulatory guidelines relevant to product development.
- Basic understanding of financial principles to assist with cost analysis, budgeting, and pricing strategies.
- Knowledge of formulation development, quality standards, and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and cosmetic products.
- Proficiency in productivity and data analysis tools such as MS Office, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
