Product Engineer (Java + React)

We are seeking an experienced Product Engineer with over 7 years of expertise in building high-performance applications using React.js and Java/Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable systems with a strong emphasis on performance and distributed architecture. This role requires ownership of features throughout the entire lifecycle—from development and testing to deployment and ongoing production support. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance architecture and improve code quality is also a critical aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-performance applications leveraging React.js for the frontend and Java/Spring Boot for backend services.
- Design and implement scalable systems focusing on distributed architecture and optimized performance.
- Take full ownership of features end-to-end, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve system architecture and maintain high code quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, including frontend architecture, creating reusable components, and optimizing application performance.
- Solid background in Java, Spring Boot, REST API development, and backend service implementation.
- Deep understanding of system design principles, scalability challenges, distributed systems, concurrency, caching mechanisms, and ensuring system reliability.
- Proven experience with database integration, software architecture, design patterns, automated testing, debugging, and providing production support.
- Familiarity with real-time application development using WebSockets and WebRTC technologies.
- Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with experience in CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated capacity for end-to-end feature ownership.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
