Product Growth Executive

We are seeking a motivated and creative Business Growth Intern to join our team in Karachi. This on-site internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in digital marketing, content creation, and business development. The role involves expanding our market reach, engaging with clients, and enhancing our digital presence through innovative strategies. This position operates on an evening shift from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM and is initially offered for three months, with the possibility of permanent employment based on performance. The monthly stipend ranges from PKR 20,000 to PKR 25,000, with additional commissions and incentives.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Marketing & Reel Creation: Develop a deep understanding of our product line and create engaging Instagram, TikTok Reels, and Shorts to increase product visibility and audience engagement.
- Client Discovery: Conduct research to identify potential clients, explore new market segments, and generate B2B leads.
- LinkedIn Outreach: Perform professional networking and direct outreach on LinkedIn to connect with decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
- Email Marketing: Assist in designing, writing, and executing cold email campaigns aimed at nurturing prospects and scheduling discovery calls.

Required Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media Sciences, or a related field.
- Willingness and ability to work the evening shift from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Strong familiarity with social media trends and proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut and Canva, with an eye for filming aesthetics suitable for Reels.
- Excellent written English communication skills, particularly for professional emails and LinkedIn messaging.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a keen interest in learning sales techniques and growth hacking strategies.
- Availability to work on-site at our Karachi office.
