Product Growth Executive

We are seeking a motivated and creative Business Growth Intern to join our team in Karachi. This on-site internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in digital marketing, content creation, and business development. The role involves expanding market reach, engaging with clients, and enhancing our digital presence through innovative strategies. This position operates on an evening shift from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM and is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. The internship duration is three months, with the possibility of permanent employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Marketing & Reel Creation: Develop a deep understanding of our product line and create engaging Instagram, TikTok Reels, and Shorts to increase product visibility and audience engagement.
- Client Discovery: Conduct research to identify potential clients, explore new market segments, and map out B2B leads to support business growth.
- LinkedIn Outreach: Perform professional networking and direct outreach on LinkedIn to connect with decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
- Email Marketing: Assist in designing, writing, and executing cold email campaigns aimed at nurturing prospects and scheduling discovery calls.

Required Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media Sciences, or a related field.
- Availability to work the evening shift from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends and proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut and Canva.
- Excellent written English communication skills for professional emails and LinkedIn messaging.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn sales techniques and growth hacking strategies.
- Ability to work on-site from our Karachi office.
