We are seeking a Product Innovation Specialist focused on Enterprise Solutions to join our Product Management team. This role requires a creative and analytical professional who can identify market opportunities, research emerging technologies, and develop innovative enterprise solutions. The primary focus is on enterprise software, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and AI-driven automation aimed at enhancing business operations and addressing real-world challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments to stay ahead of market developments.
- Identify customer pain points, market gaps, and opportunities arising from emerging technologies.
- Research and propose innovative enterprise solutions, including AI-powered features and automation initiatives.
- Evaluate product concepts by assessing market demand, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Prepare detailed concept notes, competitive comparisons, and opportunity assessments to support decision-making.
- Present innovative ideas and strategic recommendations to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Software Development teams to validate concepts prior to execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of enterprise solutions, SaaS platforms, AI technologies, and business automation.
- Ability to critically evaluate product opportunities and communicate ideas effectively across teams.
- Excellent documentation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in product research, innovation, business analysis, or related roles.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, enterprise SaaS, or AI-driven business solutions.
- Familiarity with competitor benchmarking, product discovery processes, and market validation techniques.
- Basic knowledge of software development lifecycles and product documentation practices.
