We are looking for an AI-native Product Manager to lead the strategic evolution and commercialization of two key platforms: a low-code workflow automation and orchestration platform, and an AI-powered Quality Engineering and agentic testing platform. This role requires a visionary leader who can shape product strategy and execution while deeply integrating AI into every stage of the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution for the Symbox and Qualisys platforms.
- Drive customer discovery and market validation efforts to achieve strong product-market fit.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, AI, design, sales, and leadership to ensure alignment on product goals.
- Define detailed product requirements, prioritize opportunities, and establish metrics to measure success.
- Create compelling demos, positioning statements, and go-to-market narratives that resonate with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Leverage AI extensively to accelerate research, analysis, planning, documentation, and product operations.
- Implement data-driven processes for experimentation, feedback collection, and continuous product improvement.
- Translate AI capabilities into differentiated, commercially valuable products that provide a competitive edge.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of product management experience focused on B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, or platform products.
- Strong knowledge of modern AI and large language model (LLM) ecosystems, including agents, copilots, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and workflow automation.
- Ability to confidently engage with technical teams on architecture, APIs, integrations, and AI systems.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven success in taking products from concept through adoption to measurable business outcomes.
- Strong customer instincts and commercial judgment with the ability to make clear trade-offs.
AI-Native Mindset
