Product Manager (Engineer-Bridge)

IDENBRID INC. is seeking a mid-level Product Manager (Engineer-Bridge) to join our Product and Development Department in Lahore on a full-time, onsite basis. This unique role is designed for a hands-on builder who goes beyond traditional product management by actively discovering customer pain points, defining problems, and delivering real value through rapid prototyping and direct customer validation. You will play a pivotal role in transforming our company from an engineering-led to a product-led organization, owning the product lifecycle from early discovery through to delivery, while bridging the gap between engineering and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Discovery: Engage directly with customers to identify pain points and jobs-to-be-done, focusing on defining the right problems rather than just gathering requirements.
- Product Ownership: Manage a 3 to 6-month product roadmap that balances customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Prioritization: Make informed decisions on feature and initiative prioritization based on impact, value, and technical constraints.
- Rapid Prototyping: Develop and validate working prototypes with customers using a fast iterative cycle of hypothesis, prototype, validation, and learning.
- Requirement Definition: Clearly define product value, acceptance criteria, and specifications before development begins.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Establish KPIs, conduct experiments, analyze outcomes, and continuously improve the product using data insights.
- Engineering Bridge: Facilitate communication between business and engineering teams by assessing feasibility, architecture, costs, and technical trade-offs.
- Quality Ownership: Ensure product delivery meets customer expectations with minimal oversight.
- Team Enablement: Foster a customer-first, hypothesis-driven mindset within the engineering team.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on software engineering experience with strong knowledge of architecture, coding standards, and technical trade-offs.
- A builder’s mindset with the ability to prototype solutions and validate ideas directly with customers.
- Customer-first, hypothesis-driven approach to problem identification and resolution.
- Proven ability to write clear feature specifications and define acceptance criteria.
- Experience prioritizing work based on business value and managing product KPIs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Self-motivated, decisive, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
- Proficient business-level English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience as a Product Owner, Tech Lead, or product-focused Software Engineer.
- Background in launching 0→1 or customer-facing products.
- Familiarity with AWS, cloud platforms, and AI/LLM technologies such as Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience using AI coding tools like Claude or Kiro for end-to-end software development.
- Japanese language skills or understanding of Japanese business culture is a plus.
- Experience driving product culture or leading engineering-to-product transformation initiatives.
