Key Responsibilities
As a Product Manager on the Zones Digital Platform (ZDP) team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s next-generation eCommerce platform, which supports IT hardware, software, and services for organizations of all sizes. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with customers to understand their business needs and goals, partnering with software product designers to develop wireframes and user interface designs aligned with those needs, and drafting detailed user stories and requirements. You will work alongside engineering teams to deliver software solutions that effectively address customer challenges. This role requires independent thinking and strong decision-making skills to drive business transformation within a USD 3 billion company.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of progressive product management experience, preferably with a focus on eCommerce solutions, along with 1 to 3 years of direct involvement in eCommerce platform development. A solid understanding of agile software development methodologies is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is expected.
