Product Manager

DBS Solutions is seeking a dedicated Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a critical product segment. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer teams to transform customer challenges into impactful products that drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, makes informed decisions with limited data, and clearly communicates the rationale behind those decisions. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Johar Town, Lahore, within the Marketing department.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with overall company objectives.
- Identify customer needs through interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and market research.
- Develop clear product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritize the backlog using frameworks such as RICE or MoSCoW.
- Collaborate daily with engineering and design teams during sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Establish success metrics for initiatives (e.g., adoption, retention, conversion, revenue) and monitor performance post-launch.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and support teams to coordinate launch plans and internal enablement.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate trade-offs effectively, and keep leadership updated on progress and risks.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments, leveraging results to enhance the product.
- Work alongside QA and engineering to ensure releases meet quality, security, and compliance standards.
- Monitor competitors and market trends, providing actionable insights to the team.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 to 5 years of product management experience in healthcare, e-commerce, or digital product environments.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products and iterating on them post-launch.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Looker.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Notion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Solid understanding of software development processes, including APIs, release cycles, and technical trade-offs.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or a technical educational background.
- Experience with mobile applications, payment systems, marketplaces, or B2B platforms.
- Background in pricing strategies, monetization, or growth experimentation.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven product features.
- Experience working with distributed or cross-border teams.
